The artificial garbage sorting platform mainly consists of specialized sorting belt conveyors, platforms, hoppers, control components, safety protection devices, light steel workrooms (optional) and other equipment. The materials arrive at the sorting station with the conveyor belt, and the staff put the target materials such as plastic, paper, metal, textile, battery, glass, etc. into different hoppers. The remaining materials on the belt enter the next process.The sorting belt conveyor is variable frequency speed regulation, placed in the middle position of the sorting platform, with several sorting stations on both sides, each station corresponding to a garbage collection hopper.
Emergency stop devices are installed at each workstation on both sides of the conveyor to ensure quick stopping in case of excessive material accumulation or other emergency situations. The sorting conveyor adopts a dedicated belt conveyor, with one head roller and one tail roller. A fully enclosed safety barrier is installed in the operating space to ensure that the operator's lower body does not come into contact with any operating equipment. The conveyor section adopts high-density polyethylene grating as the belt carrier, which can prevent the wavy undulations caused by ordinary rollers supporting the belt and reduce eye dizziness. The light steel workshop on the sorting platform is isolated from the outside world. Special ventilation ducts are installed in the room to improve the operating environment.
